The site provides users with access to information about insurance services and other related products and services in the Ukrainian insurance market. The site helps you analyze, compare, buy insurance and other related products and services. Terms of refund

According to the OSAGO and Green Card policies, if at the time of notification to the Administration of the refund, the insurance policy has not yet been entered into the centralized database of the MTIBU and the policy has not yet entered into force, the payment is refunded in full within 1-5 business days. According to the policies of the OSAGO and the Green Card, if at the time of notification to the Administration of the return of the payment, the insurance policy was entered into the centralized database of the MTIBU, but not yet entered into force, and until the entry into force remains at least 8 hours - the payment is returned in full within 1-5 business days. According to the policies of the OSAGO and the Green Card, in all other cases, except for those specified above, the payment is refunded for the unused period of the policy with a retention of 20% of the cost ratio according to the Legislation of Ukraine (for example, if the payment made is 1000 UAH, and the action the policy is 1 year, and the notification of the return of funds received on the 2nd day of the policy, payment to return will be equal to: (1000/365) * (365-2) * 0.8 = 795.62 UAH), subject to termination of the policy. According to the policies of the OSAGO and the Green Card, if erroneous data is entered into the policy, it is possible to reissue the policy at no additional charge. The term of renewal is 1-3 working days. According to the policies of the OSAGO and the Green Card, if during the period of the policy the information of the Policyholder (except the Policyholder) or the Vehicle (except the Vehicle) changes - it is possible to re-register the policy at no additional charge. The term of renewal is 1-3 working days. According other contracts and policies (except for OSAGO and Green Card), if at the time of notification to the Administration of the refund, the insurance policy has not yet entered into force, and at least 8 hours are left before the entry into force, the payment will be returned in full within 1-5 working days. For other contracts and policies (except for OSAGO and Green Card), in all other cases, except as indicated above, the payment is refunded for the unused period of the policy with a retention of 20-45% of the cost ratio according to the Legislation of Ukraine and the Insurance Rules (depending on the type of insurance and insurance company). Under other contracts and policies (except for OSAGO and Green Card), if you enter erroneous data into the policy, it is possible to reissue the policy at no additional charge. The term of renewal is 1-3 working days. Under other contracts and policies (except for OSAGO and Green Card), if during the period of the policy the information of the Policyholder changes (except for the Policyholder), it is possible to re-register the policy at no additional charge. Notifications about the return of the payment must be sent to e-mail rinokstrahovkafinance@gmail.com or to viber 0671074700 or to telegram 0671074700. In the subject line of the letter please indicate: "Please return the payment according to the application No. (specify the application number of the policy issued on the website). In the body of the letter, also indicate your mobile phone number and e-mail address, so that we can contact you and confirm the refund.

Final provisions

By registering on the Site and/or filling out any form of the site and/or visiting the pages of the Site and/or using the Site, the user automatically accepts the Terms. The activities of the Administration are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine. The Administration may modify the Terms unilaterally by posting them on the Site. Changes to the Terms are effective from the moment they are published on the Site. If changes will be significant, the Administration will inform the user by e-mail or other means of informing.
