Terms of Use

Public Offer Agreement

This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is concluded between LLC "RINOKSTRAHOVKA" (EDRPOU code: 42640434, legal address: 49000, Dnipro, Shevchenko Street, 10, office 14), (hereinafter referred to as the Administration), and any person (hereinafter referred to as the User) who uses the services and functionality of the website https://rinokstrahovka.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website). The Administration manages the Website, thanks you for your attention, and invites you to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of this Offer.

Key Terms

Insurance service – a type of civil-legal relationship aimed at protecting the property interests of individuals and legal entities in the event of certain events (insurance cases) specified in the insurance contract or current legislation of Ukraine, through financial funds formed by individuals and legal entities through insurance payments (insurance contributions, insurance premiums) and income from the placement of these funds. The insurance service is provided by the Insurance Service Provider.

Insurance company – a financial institution properly registered in Ukraine and holding a valid license to provide the respective Insurance Services.

The Administration acts as an Insurance Agent or Insurance Sub-Agent. The Administration is not an Insurance Company.

Compulsory Third Party Liability Insurance (hereinafter referred to as CTP or OSAGO) – is a policy (contract) of mandatory insurance of drivers' civil liability to third parties. The policy is mandatory according to the Law of Ukraine "On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Owners of Land Transport Vehicles."

Green Card Insurance Policy (hereinafter referred to as Green Card) – an international contract of compulsory insurance of vehicle owners' civil liability abroad.

Acceptance of the Offer – full and unconditional agreement with the terms of the Offer and acceptance of the Offer by the User to be able to use all the features of the Website. If the User does not fully accept the terms of the Offer, they must refrain from using the Services provided on the Website.

General Provisions

The Website provides users with access to information about insurance and other related products and services in the insurance market of Ukraine. The Website helps analyze, compare, and purchase insurance and other related products and services. By using the Website, you agree that you are interested in using and purchasing the selected products, goods, services, and offerings available on the Website. You agree that the Administration may contact you in any form (via email, phone, messenger, etc.) to understand your interest in the selected products, goods, services, and offerings available on the Website and assist with your request. You agree to receive promotional, informational, and other materials from the Administration via email and/or SMS and/or other communication channels. In case of downloading and/or copying and/or distributing and/or posting any information and materials from the Website on any other sites and/or locations, a convenient and clear link to the Website must be provided, so users of other sites and locations where any information and materials of the Website are posted have no doubt about the source and ownership of such information and materials according to copyright and other rights.

Disclaimer of Liability

The Administration does not undertake to update any information and/or material and/or service and/or product and/or service on the Website. Under no circumstances shall the Administration be liable for any losses/expenses arising from the use and/or inability to use and/or results of using the Website. The Administration does not guarantee the completeness of any information and/or material and/or service and/or product and/or service on the Website. By registering on the Website and/or filling out any form on the Website, you agree to provide accurate and precise information about yourself, your contact details, and/or about other persons, their contact details. If errors are discovered after registering on the Website and/or filling out any form on the Website that lead to additional costs (e.g., document correction and reissuance, document delivery), the Administration is not responsible for these additional costs. By registering, you receive a login and password, for the security of which you are responsible. You are also responsible for all actions performed under your login and password on the Website. In case of loss of registration data, you need to notify the Administration.

Feedback, Comments, and Reviews

By contacting the Administration in any form or leaving comments and/or reviews on the Website, you are responsible for ensuring that the inquiry/comment/review is not illegal, defamatory, unreasonable, promoting hatred and/or discrimination of people based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or social characteristics, containing insults toward specific individuals or the Administration, or otherwise violating the laws of Ukraine.

Use of Personal Data

The Administration cares about ensuring the security of the received data. By registering on the Website and/or filling out any form on the Website, the User consents to the Administration processing all entered data. By registering on the Website and/or filling out any form on the Website, the User also confirms that they are familiar with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection." You can familiarize yourself with it at the following link: https://zakon2.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/2297-17. The Administration uses modern technologies to ensure the confidentiality of personal and other data to provide data protection.

Payments

Payment for Insurance Services provided by Insurance Companies is made via cashless payment on the Website to the Administration's bank account (if the Administration acts as an Insurance Agent) or to the bank account of LLC "Insurance Agency 'eAgent'" (EDRPOU 45627149, legal address: Ukraine, 01001, Kyiv, Chykalenka Street, building 9), of which the Administration is a Sub-Agent, according to the terms of the Subagent Agreement concluded by accepting the Public Offer available at https://docs.eagent.in.ua/subagent.

The User is fully responsible for all commission fees and other charges specified by the bank or payment service, which may be added to the cost of the insurance service. However, the Administration will attempt to cover such fees when possible. The User consents to the processing of their personal payment data. Personal payment data includes: order number, date, and time of order creation, payment method and time, transaction ID.

Bank card payment information provided by the User is entered on a secure internet acquiring page and is not accessible to the Administration.

Final Provisions

By registering on the Website and/or filling out any form on the Website and/or visiting Website pages and/or using the Website, the User automatically accepts the Offer. The Administration operates in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. The Administration may amend the Terms unilaterally by publishing them on the Website. Amendments to the Terms take effect upon publication on the Website. If the amendments are significant, the Administration will notify the User via email or other means of communication.
